Building a Chaos-Ready Multi-Region Architecture on AWS

Before launching any chaos experiment, it’s crucial to have a well-architected, testable multi-region environment. This environment should simulate a production-like setup with regional failover capabilities, observability hooks, and automation scaffolding.
