Creating the Global Endpoint and Defining Failover Behavior

With regional infrastructure in place—including EventBridge event buses and consumer Lambdas—it’s time to centralize event publishing using an EventBridge Global Endpoint. This enables a single, highly available endpoint for event producers while ensuring intelligent routing of events to the appropriate regional bus based on the health status of the primary region. This part focuses on configuring the global endpoint and setting up health checks to enable automatic failover.
