Setting Up Regional Event Buses and Lambda Consumers

With a clear architecture in place, the next step is to build the core regional infrastructure that will process events independently in each AWS region. This includes creating EventBridge event buses, defining rules to filter relevant events, and attaching Lambda functions as consumers that perform business logic like order fulfillment. By deploying these components in both the primary (us-east-1) and secondary (us-west-2) regions, we ensure readiness for regional failover and redundancy.
